Together with local partner organisations INBAS develops regional strategies to promote the integration of young migrants into the German VET system. The project aims at removing obstacles and helping young migrants and their parents to understand the German labour market and vocational training system.

The evaluation carried in cooperation with InterVal GmbH analyses the effects, outcome, efficiency and performance of the offers for support (e.g. reaching the target groups, networking, gender and cultural mainstreaming, sustainability). It entails summative and formative elements. Data from different sources will be collected and analyzed by means of various methods.

Projects in Germany

INBAS was established in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in 1991. Today, our headquarters are located in Offenbach am Main, Germany. The focus of our work in Germany are scientific services in the field of vocational training and pre-vocational training for young people.

 

EU-Projects

INBAS has more than 15 years of experience with the development, implementation and evaluation of projects funded by the European Union. We have conducted numerous studies and peer reviews of EU programmes. Part of our expertise is the coordination and preparation of trans-national workshops and conferences.

 

Projects in Latin America, in the Middle East, Africa and Asia

Since the establishment of INBAS in 1991, the institute has been active in development cooperation together with international partners and experts. Up to now we have planned, implemented and / or evaluated trans-national projects and programmes in the field of vocational education and training (VET) in more than 50 countries.
