Hop-on aims at supporting adult newcomers in informed and self-determined decisions about their professional careers in Germany. The digital information platform includes the relevance of a vocational certificate in this decision process by using two tools: a roadmap and a digital book - always considering the legal context. Hop-on  accompanies users on a few stations of their personal path. Hop-on can be used autonomously or together with a counselor in a personal interview or in a group/course.

Projects in Germany

INBAS was established in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in 1991. Today, our headquarters are located in Offenbach am Main, Germany. The focus of our work in Germany are scientific services in the field of vocational training and pre-vocational training for young people.

 

EU-Projects

INBAS has more than 15 years of experience with the development, implementation and evaluation of projects funded by the European Union. We have conducted numerous studies and peer reviews of EU programmes. Part of our expertise is the coordination and preparation of trans-national workshops and conferences.

 

Projects in Latin America, in the Middle East, Africa and Asia

Since the establishment of INBAS in 1991, the institute has been active in development cooperation together with international partners and experts. Up to now we have planned, implemented and / or evaluated trans-national projects and programmes in the field of vocational education and training (VET) in more than 50 countries.
