Further Information:
The German government intends to support the construction of a new centre for vocational training in the North of Sri Lanka, in particular to enable young unemployed and disadvantaged Tamils to develop vocational skills in order to improve their employment opportunities. INBAS has been commissioned by GIZ to carry out a pre-feasibility study and a labour market analysis in the region.

Further Information:
A series of expert workshops on federal level supports the exchange of experiences with the use of potential analysis as an instrument for job orientation in the transition from school to vocational training. The results will be published and serve as a manual for local stakeholders and practitioners.

Vor dem Hintergrund des demographischen Wandels zielt JOBSTARTER CONNECT auf eine Optimierung des Übergangs in das duale System durch Einsatz bundeseinheitlicher Ausbildungsbausteine. INBAS erprobt in Kooperation mit dem Bildungswerk der hessischen Wirtschaft den Einsatz von Ausbildungsbausteinen in Maßnahmen der Benachteiligtenförderung.
