The program aims to train, develop and improve performance management of each employee at KNPC. INBAS provides consultancy services in form of development of training modules, on-job training (DACUM facilitator) and supervision and monitoring of the development of job profiles/DACUM charts.

Further Information:
The project focuses on the qualification of vocational training organisations towards the development, implementation and evaluation of labour market-oriented trainings. These aim to improve the employment situation for disadvantaged youths. INBAS coordinates the project.

Further Information:
INBAS and InterVal evaluate the implementation of recommendations for improving the cooperation between MBE (Migration Advisory Service for adult immigrants) and JMD (Youth Migration Service). Contributions to the improvement will be based on the assessment by staff members as well as on examples of good practice. Results will be published.
