Cookies

The Internet pages use cookies. These are small text files that are placed on your computer and that are saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies that we use are “session cookies”. They are used to recognize your browser when you change from one page to another during a visit. For example, this is necessary on some of our project websites for logging into an internal user space or on the company website www.inbas.com for selecting the language version. These temporarily saved cookies will be deleted automatically subsequent to the termination of your visit.

Other cookies (persistent cookies) remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser upon your next visit. We use this exclusively within the scope of the user tracking by means of an analytics tool. You may specifically disable the tracking of your user behaviour by means of the analytics tool. For more information, please read the detailed explanations in section “5. Analytics tool”.

You may configure your browser in a way that you will be informed about cookies being placed and permit cookies being placed only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally as well as enable the automatic deletion of the cookies when you close your browser. If you disable cookies, the functionality of this website may be restricted in the case of the session cookies described above.

Cookies that are required for performing the electronic communication process or for providing certain functions required by you will be stored in accordance with Article 6, section 1, lit. f of the GDPR. The website operator has a justified interest in the storage of cookies for providing their services free of technical errors and in an optimised manner. If other cookies (e.g. cookies for analysing your browsing behaviour) are stored, these will be covered separately in this Data Protection Declaration.

5. Analytics tool

Matomo (former Piwik)

For that purpose, the information created by the cookie regarding the use of this website will be stored on our server. The IP address will be anonymised before the storage.

Matomo cookies will remain on your end device until you erase them.

Matomo cookies will be stored in accordance with Article 6, subsection 1, lit. f of the GDPR. The website operator INBAS GmbH has a justified interest in the anonymised analysis of the user behaviour in order to optimise their web services or to report in the scope of projects to the client about the use of the project website. No individual usage data will be transferred for that purpose. You may prevent the storage of cookies by means of the corresponding settings in your browser software. As technically necessary cookies will also be disabled in this way, it may be possible that you may no longer completely use all functions of this website.

If you do not agree with the storage and use of your data by the web analytics programme, you may disable the storage and use here. In this case, an opt-out cookie will be placed in your browser that prevents Matomo from storing usage data. If you delete your cookies, this results in the Matomo opt-out cookie being deleted as well. When you visit our website again, you need to enable the opt-out once more.
